For the site's owner or manager
A simple, read-only window onto one alarm system. The owner loads a site profile from their installer once, and it connects to the panel by itself. Live open/closed status is still being built.
Licensing
Getting started takes four steps
Each PC needs an approved PIN, and the app checks it online while it runs.

Install the Programmer or the Client on a Windows 10 or 11 PC.
Request a PIN
Tell us who you are and which edition you need. Every request is reviewed by hand.
Activate
Enter your PIN when the app first opens. It's tied to your PC from then on.
Stay online
The app re-checks its licence while it runs, so keep the PC connected.
