Get the installer for your edition.

Two separate Windows installers, both currently in beta: one for installers and technicians, one for the site's owner. Each needs its own PIN. Current version 2.12.0-beta, released 2026-10-12.

These are Windows 10/11 installers. Open bosch6k.gentex.au/download on the PC you'll use the app on.

Installing

What to expect

What you need

A Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) PC, an internet connection while the app runs, and a PIN for your edition. No administrator rights are needed.

A Windows warning

The installers are signed with Vantic's own certificate, which Windows doesn't recognise, so it may say "Windows protected your PC" and show the publisher as "Unknown". Choose More info, then Run anyway. To be sure the file is genuine, check its SHA-256 below.

First start

Enter your PIN when asked. It activates that PC. Your sites, backups and settings stay on the PC and are kept when you upgrade.

You only download the installer once. After that the app updates itself: when a new version is released it asks you to upgrade, and pressing OK downloads, checks and installs it for you.

To check a download, open PowerShell in your Downloads folder and run Get-FileHash .\Bosch6000Programmer-Setup.exe or Get-FileHash .\Bosch6000Client-Setup.exe. The hash should match the SHA-256 on that edition's card. PowerShell shows it in capitals, which doesn't matter.
